Well-known German sports brand - This brand’s sportswear are wore by most consumers, but when the client applied for trademark registration in Taiwan, it was rejected for “the fair market competition will be affected if the plaintiff is granted exclusive rights to the trademark.” Therefore, it went to CRIF CCIS, and the Intellectual Property Court sent a letter to appoint CRIF CCIS as the appraiser to submit a market survey report.
